ShopPros started out about 20 years ago with 4 founding members who came together to learn how to use a new shop management system to fine tune it for their own use. The Group Leader chose the name G4 to simply represent “Group of 4”. These members were high level operators who had belonged to several groups and other organizations. They had had already experienced success implementing the processes they had learned.
While sharing input on best (and worst) practices they started adapting the best ones into a common system that would work for all of the members. These practices tied closely to their new software system which made them easier to implement.
About five years ago, the group decided to make their solutions available to other shops and G4 became ShopPros. An industry consultant was invited to join the group and began putting processes in place to allow the organization to grow while keeping the systems in place.
So how exactly does a shop owner go from working endless days with no light at the end of the tunnel to stepping away from their shop - stress free?
A shop that runs at 94% productive capacity with healthy profit margins, with systems and processes in place that are so rock solid that it runs like clockwork- even if he's relaxing on a beach?
It took one of our founding members 20 years to figure that out ............... So You Don't Have To.
